Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. This information is used to identify your account and communicate with you about your orders.

Order Information: When you place an order through our app, your order details (items, shipping address, and contact information) are processed by Shopify, our e-commerce platform provider. Payment information is handled directly by Shopify and is never stored on our servers.

Local Data: Your shopping cart, browsing preferences, and wishlist data are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers unless you proceed to checkout.

Push Notifications: If you opt in, we collect your device push notification token to send you order updates and promotional notifications. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: process and fulfil your orders; manage your account and provide customer support; send order confirmation and shipping updates; send promotional communications (if you have opted in); and improve our app and services.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Shopify to power our online store and process orders. When you make a purchase, your order and payment information is shared with Shopify in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not share your personal information with any other third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell or share your data with data brokers. We do not use the Apple IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) or any cross-app tracking technologies.

Your account data is stored securely by Shopify. Local app data (shopping cart, preferences) is stored on your device. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information during transmission and storage.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your account and associated data; opt out of promotional communications at any time; and withdraw consent for push notifications via your device settings.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our app is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
