Where are you guys located?

We are based right here in Sydney!

Do you have a physical store?

In an effort to keep our prices as low as possible, we unfortunately do not have a physical store and are purely an online business. Be assured that all our items go through rigorous Q/A before shipping out to our customers

Do you sell products that aren't Japanese?

We only focus on products from Japan, in order to bring you the most popular (and niche) items from Japan.

I'm looking for a product that isn't available in the store, what should I do?

If you are not able to find an item in our store, please contact us at Info@Konbini.com.au and we will try to source the item for you.

Do you price match?

Yes! We offer the Konbini Price Match Guarantee.

If you find a lower price on the exact same item from an eligible Australian retailer, we’ll match it - and give you an extra 5% off.

  • The product must be identical (same brand, model, size, colour, etc.) and in stock.
  • The competitor must be a major retailer based in Australia.
  • Price match doesn’t apply to items already on sale, clearance, or part of special promotions.
  • Simply provide proof of the competitor’s price (e.g., screenshot, catalogue, or link) before you purchase, and our team will verify it.

Are all your items from Japan?

We try our best to ensure we source the best quality items from Japan. Most of our items are made in Japan, and those items that may not be made in Japan, are from Japanese companies.

Why does the ceramic I bought look slightly different to the one in the image?

Due to the nature of ceramic craftsmanship, each item is unique. Minor variations in color, glaze, and finish are to be expected. Characteristics such as crazing (fine glaze cracks) or small surface imperfections are not considered defects but are a natural result of the crafting process and do not impact the product's quality.

Where do you source your products?

Our products are sourced from various vendors and suppliers. We source our snack foods from local wholesalers to ensure freshness, while our ceramics are sourced from suppliers in Japan working closely with the kilns crafting the ceramics you see on our site. Cosmetic and beauty products are also supplied directly from Japan.

Where can I find information about the ingredient list of the products sold on your site?

We provide a full ingredients list for all food, snack, and beauty products on their respective product pages.

  • For Food & Snacks: The ingredients are also listed on the product's packaging.
  • For Cosmetics & Beauty: The ingredients are listed on the product page.

While we strive for accuracy, please be aware that manufacturers can occasionally change product formulations without notice. We recommend checking the product packaging upon arrival for the most current information.

Do you provide free shipping

We're happy to offer free shipping options to make your shopping experience even better!

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders totaling $70 or more.

Local Delivery: We also provide free delivery to select local areas. Enter your postcode at checkout to see if your order qualifies.

Do you ship internationally?

We are pleased to offer international shipping! To provide you with the most accurate shipping cost, rates will be calculated at the checkout page. The final shipping fee is determined by your delivery location, as well as the weight and dimensions of your order.

Important Note for International Orders: Please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
