Shipping

Konbini Blue items are ordered directly through our suppliers and ship from them to you. They do not ship from the Konbini warehouse.

• Delivery estimate: 12 to 25 business days unless the product page says otherwise. The estimate on the product page is the one that applies.
• Shipping rates for Konbini Blue items are shown at checkout. They are separate from main store rates and do not count toward the main store free shipping threshold.
• If your order mixes Konbini Blue and main store items, it will arrive as separate deliveries on different timelines. You only pay once.
• You will receive tracking for your Konbini Blue items once the supplier ships them.

Delays

If your item has not arrived by the end of its delivery estimate, contact us. We will chase the supplier and give you a straight answer. If it is lost in transit, we will replace it or refund you.

Returns

• Damaged, faulty or wrong item: contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you. You will not be asked to post it back overseas.
• Change of mind: contact us within 14 days of delivery. Because these items ship from our suppliers, return shipping for change of mind is at your cost and the item must be unused and in original packaging.
• Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
