Daisho is a Fukuoka-based sauce maker that has been producing Japanese cooking sauces since 1947 from its base in Kyushu. The wasabi dressing is one of their better-known retail products: a pourable Japanese-style dressing for salads, poke bowls, sashimi, grilled chicken and steamed vegetables.
How to use
