Decole is a Nagoya-based Japanese zakka brand (雑貨 — "miscellaneous goods") that has been designing decorative-but-practical homeware since 1994. The Wagging Cat range is one of their signatures: small everyday objects — spoons, dishes, magnets — that hide a quiet little surprise.
