HADA LABO's Gokujyun Premium Lotion — a watery Japanese hydrating toner with seven kinds of hyaluronic acid, the cult skincare staple from Rohto Pharmaceutical.
HADA LABO (肜ラボ) was launched in 2004 and built around one big idea: hyaluronic acid is the most efficient hydrator your skin can absorb, so the formula should be almost entirely it. The Gokujyun Premium upgrade blends seven different molecular weights of hyaluronic acid, plus lacto-fermentation tech, to penetrate at multiple levels of the stratum corneum.
The texture is watery (closer to a Korean toner than a typical Western moisturiser). Apply by patting into clean skin with your hands, or use a cotton pad for a mild exfoliating effect. Layer once, twice, or three times for more hydration.

- After removing any makeup and cleansing, pour a nickel-size amount on your palm and rub between your hands to warm
- Gently pat onto your face and neck until it is thoroughly absorbed
- Wait until the product is fully absorbed to apply any additional moisturizers or makeup
