Iyemon Rich Matcha Latte (120g)

Iyemon (伊右衛門) is the Kyoto-based heritage tea brand of Fukujuen, founded in 1790 in Uji — the region considered the source of Japan's finest matcha. The latte powder uses Uji matcha as its base, balanced with a light sweetness designed to read as a café drink without losing the matcha's bitter, vegetal edge. No artificial colours or flavours.

How to make

• Hot: 3 heaping teaspoons (~15g) of powder into a cup. Add 140ml of hot water (or hot milk for a richer drink). Stir or whisk.
• Iced: dissolve 15g of powder in a splash of hot water, top with 140ml of cold water or cold milk. Stir.
