HIBINO TOKI is a Mino-ware ceramics workshop in Gifu prefecture, the heart of Japan's largest pottery tradition. The set is sized for two diners: two rectangular sushi plates, two sauce dishes for soy and wasabi, and two pairs of wooden chopsticks. The navy glaze is deep and lustrous; the pink sakura blossoms are hand-applied.
